This meeting allows us to brief you through the entire process, walk you through the homes and arranging the conditional quotation. The client pays the initial deposit to lock-in the price. The client is referred to a financial provider for the financial health-check.
The design selection is the phase where all the crucial decision making takes place. According to your family and your lifestyle needs, you choose from an array of designs available to you. You take your time for the selection of the colours working with our decor specialists. Then it’s your turn for picking the lights and electric fixtures for the house. All this hard work pays off as it places you near your dream home.
At this stage we present all the required paperwork, drawings and the documentation for your consent. Our representative explains about the contract and the additional council approvals and the formalities including the costs that they entail.
The construction phase commences only after all the permits, approvals, confirmations, supplier orders are made.The construction work can be further segregated into stages: Base Stage, frame Stage, Lock-up Stage, Fixing Stage, Final Stage. Our professionals have an eye to detail and even the slightest of oddity is taken good care of.
The construction is complete and our representative wraps-up with the final Quality Assurance check.
The client need to ensure that they have their house and contents insurance organised, and that the final payment has been cleared on the day of settlement.
